Hier volgt een bericht van KEES (Beukema toe Water) van 6 december via Draughts (311). Het gaat hij over op het laatste bericht dat via LIJSTERBES (Gijs Hooijer) ontvangen is op 29 november. KEES vraagt of het mogelijk is om LIJSTERBES tegen een Duitse krijgsgevangene te ruilen en welke gegevens men daarvoor nodig heeft.
Londen (196) stuurt via Tobias een telegram wat voor het Delta Centrum bestemd is waarin Londen aangeeft dat Nederland in 6 districten verdeeld wordt. Wordt vervolgd.
Londen (197) gaat in dit telegram verder met de indeling van de NBS districten. Zie kaarten.
Tevens geeft Londen (198) welke taken de districten moeten uitvoeren.
Bericht 199 van Londen is niet aanwezig.
Londen (200) zal Delta Centrum zal op de hoogte gestellen wanneer de plannen, genoemd in de telegrammen 198 en 199 tot uitvoering gebracht moeten worden. Londen geeft aan niet aan de autoriteit van het DC te willen tornen en suggesties blijven van harte welkom.
Londen (201) geeft ook nog aan dat er binnenkort radio sets voor de B.I. operators gedropt zullen worden op een van de velden van Tobias. Spoed telegrammen mogen tijdelijk via de zenders van Tobias verstuurd worden. Voor de uitwisseling van Gijs Hooijer heeft men gegevens nodig van de dag van arrestatie, door wie de arrestatie is uitgevoerd en onder welke omstandigheden. London informs Tobias (201) that they soon will drop wireless material for Group Kees and the Bureau Inlichtingen operators to one of Tobias's grounds. London will tell Tobias which one this will be. In the meantime London is working on an exchange to get Lijsterbes out of prison, so they need the data and the place where Lijsterbes was arrested, by whom and the circumstances of the arrest. Maandag 11 december, Tobias ontvangt deze dag geen enkel telegram, wel verstuurd hij namens WEGA (Jaap Le Poole?) telegrammen van de College van Vertrouwensmannen (VMVM).
Henri Koot (312) meldt dat in Fort Aagtendijk een grote hoeveelheid munitie opgeslagen ligt ten behoeve van de Duitsers in IJmuiden en Wijk aan Zee. Dit fort maakte deel uit van de stelling van Amsterdam.
Weer volgt een telegram van WEGA (313) , blijkbaar is over de radio een mededeling gedaan dat de scheepswerven aan de Schelde nog intact zijn. Deze mededeling zou er volgens WEGA weleens toe kunnen leiden dat de Duitsers juist deze werven gaan vernietigen.
Nog een bericht van WEGA (314), maar waar het precies overgaat is niet duidelijk.

Dinsdag 12 december, Tobias (316) is door de GDN (Geheime Dienst Nederland) gevraagd om af en toe telegrammen voor hen te versturen. Tobias wil dit doen zolang de veiligheid van zijn mensen niet in gevaar komt en hij wil geen politieke en versleutelde berichten verzenden.
Bericht 317 is niet aanwezig bij het NIOD.
Tobias (318) meldt dat er die dag is in Alkmaar een grote razzia gaande, elke man moet om 11.00 uur buiten voor de deur van zijn woning staan. D318.
Tobias (319) vraagt in een spoed bericht om het spoorweg emplacement van Alkmaar te bombarderen zodat de mannen niet naar Duitsland of elders afgevoerd kunnen worden. De weersomstandigheden lijken volgens het telegram niet ideaal te zijn voor een luchtaanval.
Die dag regende het en er was nauwelijks zon. De temperatuur lag rond de 4° Celsius, maar door de wind lad de gevoelstemperatuur onder nul. .
Londen (202) geeft aan dat het verzoek tot bombarderen van het spoor te Alkmaar te laat is binnen gekomen en men vreest dat er teveel mensen om zullen komen als men dit op een later tijdstip zou doen. Eva doet in een gecodeerde boodschap Tobias de groeten, Barnet is de wijk waarin zij wonen.
Men is het in Londen (203) met Tobias eens dat hij geen politieke berichten voor de Geheime Dienst Nederland moet versturen. Men waarschuwt Tobias en zijn mensen dat de Duitsers razend zijn en zij moet extra opletten. Londen maakt zich bezorgd over de hoeveelheid orders die Delta Centrum rondstrooit, enkelen hebben zelfs Eindhoven bereikt en vanuit veiligheids aspect gezien gaat dit verschrikkelijk fout. Kan Tobias hier iets aan doen wordt gevraagd.
London (204) informeert Tobias dat op veld MARTINI zullen 24 containers en 6 manden gedropt worden, deze manden bevatten materiaal voor de OD, voor Tobias en een pakket voor Cor van Paaschen met 57.000 Gulden. Verder wordt er een mand met rubber laarzen voor de grondploegen gedropt en manden met accu's, een S-Phone en een pakket met kleren voor FRANS (Jan Steman).
Men blijft dus materiaal voor Cor van Paaschen en Jan Steman in Noord Holland droppen, waarom gebeurt dit niet in de buurt van Den Haag? Ook is het vreemd dat er geen droppingen meer op MANDRILL te Spanbroek uitgevoerd worden. Is dit veld te bekend geworden?

London (203) entirely agrees with Tobias that he refuses to pass on political telegrams from the GDN to be send to London through his WT operators. Tobias should only accept telegrams that are necessary to cover operational requirements until they are re-equipped. This re-equipment, could this have something to do with arrest of Lijsterbes (Gijs Hooijer). The German are getting more and more frustrated and Tobias and his WT operators have to be double careful. London is very worried about the amount of orders that Delta Centrum is spreading around. Some of these orders have reached Eindhoven in the liberated part of Holland and it seems mighty bad from a security point of view. These orders were brought to Eindhoven by courier and he/she could have been caught by the Germans. Can Tobias do something about this?

London is sending a full load of containers and 6 packages of which 3 of them are for the Orde Dienst. The three packages for Tobias is number 3182 containing rubber boots for the crew of MANDRILL, number 3370 contains a S-Phone and accumulators, number 3371 contains material for Tobias and a parcel with 57.000 Guilders for Pieter Dekker (Cor van Paaschen) and a parcel with clothes for Frans (Jan Steman).
Woensdag 13 december, Tobias (320) geeft aan dat de SD zich in de Apollolaan gevestigd heeft, men heeft onder andere een hotel gevorderd. Willi Lages woont nu in het Dijsselhof Plantsoen op de nummers 16 en 18. Op nummer 1 bevindt zich een telefooncentrale. Tobias vraagt of men de Nederlandse bevolking wil blijven waarschuwen wanneer zij zich bij Duitse instellingen wonen zij de kans lopen gebombardeerd te worden.
Op veld SALLY (321) heeft ondertussen een dropping plaats gevonden waarbij 15 containers en vier manden geborgen zijn. Het gebruik van het Eureka baken was succesvol en het apparaat zal die nacht op veld MARTINI in bedrijf zijn. Men heeft mand 3301 niet kunnen vinden en Tobias wil graag een tweede Eureka baken hebben. Tobias zal Londen op de hoogte stellen zodra de manden in Amsterdam gearriveerd zijn welke radioset, kristallen en one-time-pad code naar Den Haag gestuurd worden.
Tobias (322) wacht op nieuws over het te droppen materiaal voor KEES en de B.I. operators. De naam van de opvolger van FRANK is PIETER de voormalige nummer vier van de KP. Aan het einde van dit telegram doet Tobias Eva de groeten terug.

Hier volgt een bericht van KEES (Beukema toe Water) van 6 december via Draughts (311). Het gaat hij over op het laatste bericht dat via LIJSTERBES (Gijs Hooijer) ontvangen is op 29 november. KEES vraagt of het mogelijk is om LIJSTERBES tegen een Duitse krijgsgevangene te ruilen en welke gegevens men daarvoor nodig heeft.
Londen (196) stuurt via Tobias een telegram wat voor het Delta Centrum bestemd is waarin Londen aangeeft dat Nederland in 6 districten verdeeld wordt. Wordt vervolgd.
Londen (197) gaat in dit telegram verder met de indeling van de NBS districten. Zie kaarten.

Henri Koot (312) meldt dat in Fort Aagtendijk een grote hoeveelheid munitie opgeslagen ligt ten behoeve van de Duitsers in IJmuiden en Wijk aan Zee. Dit fort maakte deel uit van de stelling van Amsterdam.
Weer volgt een telegram van WEGA (313) , blijkbaar is over de radio een mededeling gedaan dat de scheepswerven aan de Schelde nog intact zijn. Deze mededeling zou er volgens WEGA weleens toe kunnen leiden dat de Duitsers juist deze werven gaan vernietigen.
Nog een bericht van WEGA (314), maar waar het precies overgaat is niet duidelijk.

Dinsdag 12 december, Tobias (316) is door de GDN (Geheime Dienst Nederland) gevraagd om af en toe telegrammen voor hen te versturen. Tobias wil dit doen zolang de veiligheid van zijn mensen niet in gevaar komt en hij wil geen politieke en versleutelde berichten verzenden.
Bericht 317 is niet aanwezig bij het NIOD.
Tobias (318) meldt dat er die dag is in Alkmaar een grote razzia gaande, elke man moet om 11.00 uur buiten voor de deur van zijn woning staan. D318.
Tobias (319) vraagt in een spoed bericht om het spoorweg emplacement van Alkmaar te bombarderen zodat de mannen niet naar Duitsland of elders afgevoerd kunnen worden. De weersomstandigheden lijken volgens het telegram niet ideaal te zijn voor een luchtaanval.
Die dag regende het en er was nauwelijks zon. De temperatuur lag rond de 4° Celsius, maar door de wind lad de gevoelstemperatuur onder nul. .
Londen (202) geeft aan dat het verzoek tot bombarderen van het spoor te Alkmaar te laat is binnen gekomen en men vreest dat er teveel mensen om zullen komen als men dit op een later tijdstip zou doen. Eva doet in een gecodeerde boodschap Tobias de groeten, Barnet is de wijk waarin zij wonen.
Men is het in Londen (203) met Tobias eens dat hij geen politieke berichten voor de Geheime Dienst Nederland moet versturen. Men waarschuwt Tobias en zijn mensen dat de Duitsers razend zijn en zij moet extra opletten. Londen maakt zich bezorgd over de hoeveelheid orders die Delta Centrum rondstrooit, enkelen hebben zelfs Eindhoven bereikt en vanuit veiligheids aspect gezien gaat dit verschrikkelijk fout. Kan Tobias hier iets aan doen wordt gevraagd.
London (204) informeert Tobias dat op veld MARTINI zullen 24 containers en 6 manden gedropt worden, deze manden bevatten materiaal voor de OD, voor Tobias en een pakket voor Cor van Paaschen met 57.000 Gulden. Men blijft dus materiaal voor Cor van Paaschen en Jan Steman in Noord Holland droppen, waarom gebeurt dit niet in de buurt van Den Haag? Ook is het vreemd dat er geen droppingen meer op MANDRILL te Spanbroek uitgevoerd worden. Is dit veld te bekend geworden?

London is very worried about the amount of orders that Delta Centrum is spreading around. London is sending a full load of containers and 6 packages of which 3 of them are for the Orde Dienst. The three packages for Tobias is number 3182 containing rubber boots for the crew of MANDRILL, number 3370 contains a S-Phone and accumulators, number 3371 contains material for Tobias and a parcel with 57.000 Guilders for Pieter Dekker (Cor van Paaschen) and a parcel with clothes for Frans (Jan Steman).
Woensdag 13 december, Tobias (320) geeft aan dat de SD zich in de Apollolaan gevestigd heeft, men heeft onder andere een hotel gevorderd. Willi Lages woont nu in het Dijsselhof Plantsoen op de nummers 16 en 18. Op nummer 1 bevindt zich een telefooncentrale. Tobias vraagt of men de Nederlandse bevolking wil blijven waarschuwen wanneer zij zich bij Duitse instellingen wonen zij de kans lopen gebombardeerd te worden.
Op veld SALLY (321) heeft ondertussen een dropping plaats gevonden waarbij 15 containers en vier manden geborgen zijn. Het gebruik van het Eureka baken was succesvol en het apparaat zal die nacht op veld MARTINI in bedrijf zijn. Men heeft mand 3301 niet kunnen vinden en Tobias wil graag een tweede Eureka baken hebben. Tobias zal Londen op de hoogte stellen zodra de manden in Amsterdam gearriveerd zijn welke radioset, kristallen en one-time-pad code naar Den Haag gestuurd worden.

Donderdag 14 december, er worden door Paul die nacht maar twee berichten ontvangen.
De eerste (207) gaat over de verschillende manden, of pakketten, die gedropt zijn. Op veld SALLY werd een complete mini stoomgenerator gedropt die op hout gestookt kon worden, maar ook op kolen. Hiermee konden de marconisten hun accu's opladen, of hun set op laten werken. Mand 3324 bevat radio materiaal voor Bram en Douwe en is niet bestemd voor Den Haag. Met Den Haag wordt waarschijnlijk het Saskia Radiospel bedoelt. In mand 3345 zitten drie kleine pakjes die wel voor Den Haag bestemd zijn, dit kan ook het pakket met geld voor Cor van Paaschen zijn en de kleren voor Jan Steman.

London appreciates (211) message number 325 from Henri Koot and London does not want to interfere with the internal resistance administration, but the reorganisation into 6 regions is vital for the military plans. If the time comes it might be possible that 1 region has to come into action, while the others remain underground.

Henri Koot asks London (327) if mentioned under point 5, the Tielerwaard and the Bommelerwaard belong to region 4 (Betuwe area). Koot also asks if his Delta Centrum will have no control over the six regions?. To the impression of Delta Centrum they should stay in command because they are more related to the civilian population and they can easier tell if a problem is of great or minor urgency.
