Alexander Abramson, alias ISAAC (WT), SACHA (friends) and ALIUS (pen-name) was between 1941 and 1944 a member of Radó network in Switzerland. Supplied political and economic intelligence to Rachel Dübendorfer.

Having quasi-diplomatic status, acted as safe deposit for compromising documents and espionage material.

Corresponded between 1943 and 1944 on behalf of Dübendorfer with Rabinowitch through I.L.O. bag Geneva/Montreal.
After liquidation of network, believed by Moscow to have collaborated with the British Intelligence Services.

Unbroken by Swiss interrogation.

History.

Was between the 1930's and 1941 head of Soviet Documentation Section at I.L.O., Geneva.

Paid a short visit to unoccupied France in 1940.

The declaration of the Russo-German War prevented Abramson in June 1941 to return to Lithuania.

During the Spring of 1942 he was to be transferred to I.L.O in Montreal, but it did not materialise.

In the Autumn of 1944 he was adviser on Swiss Internment Camps and Soviet Military Mission.

During the months February, April and July 1946 he visited Paris on I.L.O. business.

In September 1946 he was discharged from the I.L.O in Geneva.

Was in touch with Vigier in Paris in August 1947.
